You must learn to run charity fundraisers like a military operation. No, not by shooting people, but by proper attention to goals, resources, planning and execution.

Unless you're a fundraising professional now you need to learn the skills of a professional fundraiser. It can all be learned. It's not that hard. It's just a matter of knowing where to learn the skills.
